這隻酒，還在桶裡，這隻酒，有人只是聽過卻沒喝過，恩...我的運氣真好，遇到也會講法文的 Peter所以能在現場就領先品嚐。也是飄著一股紅豆沙的鼻香，黑果味在，單寧顯得非常木質(待在100%法國新木桶裡不木也不行)，香料味搔味蕾，一切都非常非常地，幼齒。不過，有好酒的雛形了。
