很多项没有填，好像本来酒簿的设计就是不包括波特就的。
头一次喝波特酒，开之前实在不知道是什么样的味道。不过刚一打开里面黎可漂出的浓郁的酒香就告诉了我这种酒和普通的红葡萄酒肯定不一样。
我没有专门准备杯子，就直接倒在Riedel的Cab/Merlot杯中。刚把鼻子放进杯口就又拿了回来——那味道太浓洌了，简直承受不了两下。不过就那么一小口一下口地闻还是可以闻到浓郁的果香，那是刚刚成熟的浆果所发出来的诱人的香气，夹着一定点烈酒的感觉直往鼻子里面钻。尝了一口

那天开机发出怪声，发现是显卡风扇的问题，就拿下来清理了一下，结果就成这样了~
波特酒配拉赫玛尼诺夫倒是有意思的搭配，下次我找个年份波特酒，和霍洛维茨的拉赫2搭配到一起试试
波特酒的气味真的很有意思，有点像糖浆药水气味，不过喝起来还是果香味浓浓，酒精度高，后劲足...20度对于习惯喝烈酒的民族，是一个很好的过渡，呵呵
我听的是EMI的Jansons(就是前一阵去上海的那个)版，相对比较清晰的录音和明亮的紫红色放在一起很和谐，而陈年的波特大概比较适合相对古老的录音吧？不妨尝试一下拉赫本人演奏的版本。是有点药水味，而且回味有点熟透的杨梅的感觉，还有点果脯的感觉，可能是因为甜吧。

这是葡萄牙波尔图的葡萄酒，应该是porto吧，offley是牌子，ruby是糖份，对应的还有tawny
