deep ruby color, meaty, mushroomy, hint of blackfruit, loamy, black olive nose relatively complex. yeasty and stoney palate, firmed tannin and very structured mid palate. finish is mid-long. lay down for 3 more years.

颜色,香气都不像, 我从来没有在Bourgogne闻到肉味, 矿石味也很少在红酒里出现,听起来会误会是Bordeaux的酒.难道是当年天太热的原因吗? 目前还是感觉02'Bourgogne最好.我说老赵, 你打算何时召集北京的老骨头们开品酒会啊?
