本人喜欢这样的混合，pinotage使酒的口感回味在finish阶段更有特色。又去了一次南非？

没有又去，把以前的内容继续整理出来，这次添加12款调配酒是在Doven Valley参加Cape Wine Master研讨会，主题是South African Blend的品酒会时候的记录当时主要讨论Cape Blend, Bordeaux Blend和Rhone Blend在南非的表现和如何做好Cape Blend，那些品种与pinotage调配最合适。
