品鉴笔记
非常柔和细腻，优雅芳香，13.5%的酒精度颇有劲力，然展现缓慢。单宁质感舒适，相比勃艮第的黑皮诺来说有优柔之同，少变幻之妙。回味颇悠长。
香气扑鼻，表现突出，一开瓶就可闻到迷人的小红果味，随之是特别的矿物质味道，以及白胡椒，甘草，辛香味，和一丝丝不断乍隐乍现的巧克力和可可味。空杯中浓郁的烟丝味道久久不散。空气中香气持久弥漫。

I thought it is Rockford.
The famous Rockford is in Basossa while the less famous Rochford is in Macedon, Victoria.
