不是不宜再陈，而是根本还是青涩期。陈年10年以上你再尝尝，保管完全盛开，香气浓郁，足够与酸味相抵，从而达到平衡。
去年尝过2001  vat 1，不错，还很年轻，但已有所开放并展示复杂度， 今天晚上在朋友家尝的2002 vat 1年份，靠，如你所说的味道未完全成熟，酸味偏多。
但这正是hunter's valley semillon的特性，非有十余年的瓶陈而不得成熟。
从价格来看，这个可能是tyrrells's较低端的一款，但是从酒精度（11%）来看，她符合需长期瓶陈的semillon，因为你自己也说了 ‘但味道却未完全成熟’ ， 等她成熟了，就会像毛虫变蝴蝶，惊讶到让你无法相信。

Thanks for sharing your experience. This wine I drink half of bottle in first day, then leave it in fridge, the next day the aroma and favour don't improve. So I though this wine has been storaged inappropriately.
In hunter valley, Semillon is an icon. I especially like semillon from Brokenwood, Tyrrells's, Meerea Park and McWilliam's. Their Semillon is fresh and distinctive favour in young, and gain complexity in old.
