deep purple, intense cassis and jamy fruit nose with some oak on the edge. fully intergraded, big and delicate structure forward tannin massaging the tip of tongue. long finish.

Kilicanoon是Clare比较年轻的新星之一, 不过他们做很多Barossa的label, 当然Clare的Cab/Sauv也是很有自己特色, 毕竟那里也有还并没有很出名的terra rossa

这点还真的没有留意到过, 但是Barossa Valley产区实在太广阔, 想起在旅途中看到过路边有很薄的一层表面土, 也很少听Barossa的酒厂用其在做广告宣传. 下次要打听一下.
