这酒是不是和西班牙雪梨酒一样？
不一样啊，不同的。
这是Muscat，跟雪莉酒是不同的，应该比较接近于VDN
酿造方式和成酒的类型是否一样？
The winemaking process is similar to that of most fortified wines: fully ripe, luscious grapes are picked before they become overripe and lose their natural acidity and varietal intensity.After the fermentation begins, the yeast starts to convert the grape sugars into alcohol, and to raise the alcohol level up to 18-20 per cent, the winemaker arrests the ferment by adding neutral grape spirit.
基本酿造方式相同，和VDN一样在发酵没有完全结束的时候进行强化，不同仅仅是强化的时间（决定糖度），强化后的酒精度数，和使用的酒精种类。
